Transfer Policy

Your registration is transferable. Please read the following carefully.

  • All transfers must be requested by Aug. 28, 2020. No transfers will be given after that date.
  • Transfer requests made after July 31, 2020 will incur a $50 administrative fee. (There is no fee for a student registration transfer or a transfer for an attendee unable to secure a travel visa.)
  • Registrations made at the ONA member rate may only be transferred to another ONA member. (A prospective attendee may join ONA before the transfer is completed.) Membership fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

To request a transfer, check your ONA20 registration confirmation email for information on how to log in to your Attendee Service Center. Then, click Request a Transfer in the left menu, complete the form and submit it.

Refund Policy

Unable to attend the conference? We’ll do our best to support you. Please read the following carefully.

  • All refunds must be requested by Aug. 28, 2020. No refunds will be given after that date.
  • Refund requests made after July 31, 2020 will incur a $50 administrative fee. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount. (There is no fee for a student registration refund or a refund for an attendee unable to secure a travel visa.)
  • Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. If that’s not possible, a refund check will be mailed after the conference.
  • Non-attendance of the conference does not constitute a cancellation.
