Emily Pelland is an award-winning multimedia storyteller who utilizes traditional and new media to share stories of the human experience. Her reporting focuses on compassionate long-form non-fiction storytelling for the underrepresented. Stories are created through still photographs, videos, audio, 360/virtual reality experiences. Pelland completed her Masters in Journalism from the Reed College of Media at West Virginia University, and her Bachelors in Journalism from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland.
