Q. McElroy is an experienced digital media leader rooted in local journalism. She has created and implemented strategies to help dozens of brands grow their digital audiences using content optimization, affiliate partnerships, social media, newsletters, YouTube and more. She’s currently consulting with organizations, including a PBS-TV station, to advance their digital operations. Before moving back to her hometown of Atlanta, Q. oversaw an award-winning team at CMG-Ohio in Dayton as the Sr. Director of Digital Strategy for 10 brands across newspaper, radio and TV. Before that, she held several leadership roles at AJC.com in Atlanta. Outside of the office, Q. loves traveling, real estate investing, watching “The Golden Girls” and learning how to be a first-time mommy to a 3-month-old.
