What is the cheapest tech stack that meets the business needs of a modern, digital, reader-revenue-driven news organization?
Every news organization needs a set of technology to accomplish their basic needs: publishing, accepting money, communicating, measuring success and collaborating. Many modern solutions to these problems are unreasonably expensive for small news organizations. What is the most economical tech stack we could build? This session will propose an initial stack and work with session participants to refine and address the needs of modern small newsrooms.
