Digging for records and data, either through FOIA or the courts, is often time-consuming and expensive. But audiences are unlikely to know this if you don’t explain the obstacles you’re facing to provide them with important information. It will also discuss how an enthusiastic audience can help you overcome request denials and other obstacles.
