For those who booked a hotel before ONA20 moved to a virtual environment, here’s what to do:
If you booked through our portal at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta:
- The Hyatt Regency Atlanta will cancel the reservation, and you should receive notice of that cancellation. We anticipate this process will be completed by the end of May 2020.
- If you haven’t heard from the Hyatt Regency Atlanta by June 1, 2020, please call them directly to confirm your reservation has been canceled. It will help to have your registration number handy before you call.
If you booked elsewhere, OR you booked at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta without using our portal:
- Please carefully review your cancellation policy and call the hotel directly as soon as possible. They will be able to assist you.
