Lesley-Ann Dupigny-Giroux is a professor at the University of Vermont, the State Climatologist of Vermont, and the president of the American Association of State Climatologists. She is an applied climatologist and was the lead author for the Northeast Chapter of the Fourth National Climate Assessment. Her research interests intersect several interdisciplinary fields including hydroclimatic natural hazards, climate literacy and GIS.
