Luiza Bandeira is a research associate at the DFRLab, where she specializes in investigating disinformation in Latin America. She has worked as a multimedia journalist for 10 years in some of the most influential media outlets in Brazil, such as Folha de S. Paulo and for the Brazilian service of the BBC. Luiza graduated in journalism at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and obtained an MSc in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics.
