Amidst COVID-19 many journalists have had to become health journalists without any training. This seminar will cover how to find medical experts, where to look for patients, how to cover illness and disability-related issues with dignity for those communities, and what to consider when deciding whether or not to cover a study. Participants will leave with a packet of resources and best practices to use in their health reporting.
