At this session we will discuss topics ranging from our corporate overlords to worn out tech and more – with audience members able to send anonymous comments about each topic to be shared with whole group. Community Catharsis!
You’ve got thoughts about how journalism organizations are run, about the quality of editorial, about the diversity issues in the media, about the role of big money, big foundations, big tech and more. Maybe you’ve been too scared or shy to share those thoughts. At this session we will devote time to as many third-rail topics as we can and the audience will have several ANONYMOUS ways to share their thoughts with the moderators. The moderators will re-share those out and react and start a conversation if they think there’s more meat on the bone of that conversation. The goal is for nothing to be left unsaid and to put emphasis on what the crowd/audience is really thinking about these topics. This panel is fully interactive and will hopefully leave everyone thinking “so, it turns out I’m not the only one.”
